Wedding Photographer Locanda Cipriani Torcello

Serena and Pierre Oliver are Italo-French couple living in France.
They chose Venice (bride hometown), for their wedding.
In particular the unspoiled Torcello Island .

With the help of My Italian Wedding Planner team they have planned their day.
They set up by renaming the tables as the names of the most important people who lived in Torcello like:
Ernest Hemingway, Queen Elizabeth II, Marc Chagall, Maria Callas, up to Jack Nicholson and Charlie Chaplin!

In fact, the couple preparation and the reception took place at one of the locations-a symbol of Torcello:
Locanda Cipriani, made up with walls full of history.
To this marriage we started water taxi with the bride and groom and their families from Venice to reach the Torcello Island.

We’ve visited the location that would be the place of their marriage and their child baptism:
the beautiful Santa Fosca Church.

In the meantime, inside the Locanda Cipriani…

Serena, dress up with her mom and sister and put on the make up with expert hands of the make-up artist Marcela Bantea,
while the little boy that was kicking around the room.

Once that all the friends and relatives came to the island, they began the wedding and the baptism of the child.
The Santa Fosca Church, with a Veneto-Byzantine style:
decorated in white and green, the colors-theme that the couple chose for their wedding!

After the ceremony we did the photo-shoot between the narrow streets and bridges of Torcello, including the famous Devil’s Bridge.

When the shooting ended the couple went back to the Locanda, everything was ready for the appetizer and the wedding dinner:
The tables were elegant, each guest had the name of a historical figure connected to the island.

On each of them there were some polaroid cameras with which the guests could photograph themselves and hang their snapshots as “guestbook” for the newlyweds!
After dinner, there were the cutting cake time!, the sparkles and send off the festival itself!
A beautiful wedding in a memorable location!
