“Welcome to Sunny Florida!”
Aubrey and Gregory, are a lovely couple from Boston, greeted us photographers and their guests in the beautiful and sunny Miami. All the guests were lodged between the Double Tree and other hotels on Collins Avenue, in the Sunny Isle area.
It is almost shocking for a European to see skyscrapers facing the ocean! Gregory got ready for the ceremony with his family, native from Germany, friends and brothers. Aubrey, who was lodged at the Double Tree, too, got ready with her friends and bridesmaids in a joyful and excited atmosphere.
All the guests reached the ceremony location via private bus.
The wedding took place in in the Catholic church of Sunny Isle, and was celebrated by the Bishop of Boston, old friend of Aubrey’s family.
After the ceremony, all the guests jumped on the bus again, heading toward the breath-taking Spanish Monastery.
First built in the XII Century, which was literally dismantled from its original location in Spain and rebuilt in Miami.
The location was absolutely amazing: the typical architecture of Southern Europe, in a tropical environment full of palms and torches.
After having done the wedding photo session in the gardens and colonnades of the Monastery, the pre-dinner happy hour started, among music, customized cocktails and the Bag Toss.
Before the dinner started, Gregory and Aubrey had a super romantic first dance, among the emotions of friends and relatives.
After that, the witnesses read their wishes to the newlyweds. After the buffet dinner, composed of the best plates of the Italian and Caribbean cuisine, the party continued on the dance floor!
The day after the wedding we had a Trash The Dress photo session on the beach and the pool: What an unforgettable weekend!
A special thanks to TC Events for the wedding organization for a
